Strategic Location

The MBC development is nested in the Greater Southern Waterfront envisaged in URA's master plan 2014. Travelling to and from MBC via public transport is a breeze as the area is well-served by an extensive bus service network while the Labrador Park MRT Station is a short walk away and accessible by sheltered walkways.

For the MBC working crowd looking to venture beyond the immediate Alexandra vicinity for lunch and a little shopping also have a variety of options. A free shuttle bus service allows the community to travel to HarbourFront Precinct and back. At the heart of this thriving waterfront destination is VivoCity, Singapore’s largest retail and lifestyle mall. Just five minutes ride from MBC, VivoCity is also the gateway to Singapore’s major tourist attraction, Sentosa via the monorail station conveniently located within the mall. VivoCity is next door to HarbourFront Centre, home to the Singapore Cruise Centre, which provides regional ferry access to neighbouring islands.

MBC is also close to nature reserves such as HortPark and Labrador Park. For art lovers, MBC is a short 15-minute walk to Gillman Barracks, Singapore’s go-to destination for contemporary art.
